Testimony: I was baptized in late elementary school through church camp. As a college student looking for my place in the world, I found an intersection of faith and sport through my personal playing experiences and through working in a camp setting. I was called into vocational ministry to minister to and through sport.
Why does the Rec Center Ministry exist? We seek to minister to the people who engage in sports/recreation by teaching how to compete and grow from a Christ-first mindset and impact people who would not otherwise hear the Gospel. We can accomplish these goals by providing group exercise classes, work out spaces, clinics, children’s sports leagues, and special events.
Why be involved in the Rec Center ministry? Our facility and ministry are staffed completely by volunteers from the front desk staff of the gym to coaches in the sports leagues. It is an incredible opportunity to connect with people who do not attend church at Bonsack and show the love of Christ to others.
Hobbies: Enjoy the outdoors, being on and in the water, playing sports, travelling, reading, video games
