EASTER PAGEANT TICKET UPDATE

This year the demand for tickets to our annual Easter Pageant has been unprecidented. In the 15+ years of offering an Easter Pageant to the community, we have often had "sold out" performances, but we never reached the "sold out" point so quickly for ALL of our performances.

Unfortunately, at this time (3/12/10), there are no tickets left for any of our performances. We do have growing waiting lists for many of the performances.

Additionally, we placed a cap on our ticket system's waitlist for some performances (Friday and Saturday will soon be affected). We felt that the list was growing so large, that there was an unrealistic chance of those people getting tickets.

With that in mind, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We are doing all we can to distribute tickets in a fair and efficeint manner. We want as many people as possible to experience this year's performance, but we must balance that with the number of seats available in the church.

YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Visit our online ticket system. You can select individual performances, and if there is room you will be prompted to join a waiting list for that performance.

2. Come for standby seating. Each year there are people that have tickets, and for whatever reason are not able to come, but they don't return their tickets. Starting about 10 minutes before the performance, IF there are any remaining seats, we will seat you as best we can.

3. There will be closed circut TV for some of our performances (schedulde coming soon). We are making plans for an "overflow room" where if there are physically no more seats in our sancturary, those without tickets can watch the performance on television.

Again we thank you for your interest in the 2010 Bonsack Baptist Easter Pageant, and we appreciate your patience. We do expect that some tickets will be returned so we encourage you to join a waiting list, and we will contact you as tickets become available.
