Upcoming Mission Trip:
In September, we have the opportunity to serve alongside Sodzo International as they minister to children and communities in Maua, Kenya through a mission trip. We will have an informational lunch on Sunday, February 18th at noon. This informational meeting will give you information about Sodzo International, what we will do on the trip, specifics of travel, and pricing information.

Colonial Elementary School
Bonsack’s Community Life ministry has partnered with Colonial Elementary School through a school sponsorship program. Opportunities helping with playground construction, landscaping in the spring, and more.

Community Garden
Bonsack’s Weekday Early Education Center has started a community garden. Some produce funnels to our food pantry ministry, and volunteers are welcome!

An inner-city ministry that creates a space for at risk youth to grow, heal, and find hope.
Opportunities: Help cook and serve a meal on the first Saturday of each month at this ministry that serves at-risk teenagers in downtown Roanoke, Tutoring

Help in Ukraine:
Many have asked how to help with the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Bonsack is connected with two organizations who are making a difference in that region. The first is the BGAV; our state mission partner is active in working with the Eastern Baptist Federation to meet needs on the ground in Ukraine.
